Born and raised in Australia, I completed my Bachelor Degree of Laws at the University of Canberra and my Master’s degree at the Australian National University.
I have worked as a lawyer since 2003 and as a migration agent since 2007. At the beginning of my career I worked in the legal department of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (‘DIBP’) in Canberra. I handled all visa classes, subclasses, appeals and court work. My experience at the DIBP allowed me to learn the internal policies and politics of the Australian visa system.
After five successful years at DIBP, I received an offer to work for the international law firm, Fragomen Legal, in Sydney as a senior consultant. In this job I advised clients from across the globe including companies, employees, investors, students and families on their Australian visa and citizenship options.
In 2008 I established my own migration and global mobility practice in Prague, Czech Republic. Clients included individuals, investors, families, stduents and others wishing to visit, work and live in Australia.
In 2015 I opened my second office in Perth, Australia. As an immigration lawyer, my speciality is all types of visas as well as complex cases, appeals, refusals and cancellations. I have also assisted clients who are in immigration detention such as on Christmas Island as well as appeared in the Federal Court of Australia on numerous occasions.

I hold a degree in economics from the Czech University of Agriculture in Prague. My career began in insurance broking with a focus on insurance for business and industry. What stood out for me in this job were the ethical work principles that the firm stood for – honesty to the client and getting the best outcome possible for the client. Sometimes this meant that we received a lower commission for our work but, importantly, our relationships remained strong and long lasting. We always made sure that the client was looked after before, during and after the insurance process. Client satisfaction was paramount to us.
I then joined a top three bank in the Czech Republic. Part of my role there was to find optimal client care solutions for our internal and external clients.
I live by the principle that ‘client satisfaction and success of a business is more important than the deal itself.’ To do this requires a great product, excellent people and top class service.

I hold a degree in economics from the University of Economics in Prague.
I was the head of the branch for one of the big Czech banks where I gained many years experience, especially in the field of customer needs and the provision of above-standard service to a wide range of clients. In our office, you will have the opportunity to meet with us and experience our personal approach. I was a student myself in Australia. I studied General English in Perth, Australia and understand the realities and challenges of student life in Australia. I also am able to advise you properly on the hoe to make the most from your stay as a student – such as tips on travelling and finding work.

After completing my studies, I worked for 4 years as a junior construction engineer, then for projects in hydraulic and hydrological research.
I moved to Perth, Australia, with my husband in 2013 as permanent residents.
